UTAH CCW Permit Class
This class is open to NHR&P Club members and guests.
When: Saturday April 28, 2018 Start Time: Promptly at 9 AM.
Class will run approx. 3 hours.
Where: New Holland Rifle and Pistol Club

UTAH CCW Class This permit is currently recognized in 32 states. Please note this changes from time to time and you can check current states here: Reciprocity with other states: http://bci.utah.gov/concealed-firearm/reciprocity-with-other-states/
Required Equipment and Supplies: The Utah CFP course is a theory only course and does not require live fire exercises or the student to bring a firearm to the course. All necessary application requirements (except the Utah BCI fee $67.00 & Passport Photo) are included: Application and Training Certification

The student will need the following to complete your application package:
By signing up and paying for this class you take full responsibility for being at the class at least ten minutes before the start time and you agree to the refund policy stated below.
1. Please bring a pen that writes in black ink, only black ink can be used on the application.
2. You must have a state issued ID with you.
3. $67.00 Application Fee paid directly to “Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification”.
4. Please note, applicants who reside in a state in which the Utah CFP is recognized (PA / DE) must include a copy of both sides of their state issued carry permit when submitting the application.
**NJ Residents need only to supply front and back copy of state issued photo ID**

INTRODUCTION TO TACTICAL FIRST AID
Instructor: Andrew Snyder, BS, NREMT-P, FP-C, TP-C
This course goes beyond what is traditionally taught in First Aid courses, and focuses on how to treat life-threatening injuries that are typically encountered by those who carry and use firearms. The course follows the standards of Tactical Combat Casualty Care, which is the training course developed by the military for deploying servicemen and women. This training will better prepare you to treat these injuries should they occur to yourself, a friend, or a loved one.
Includes:
- Review of Human Anatomy
- Ballistics
- Airway Management
- Bleeding Control (including Hemostatic Agents and Tourniquets)
- Thoracic Injury Treatment (Sucking Chest Wounds and Occlusive Dressings)
- IFAK contents and carriage
- Practical Exercises
The class will run about 2.5 hours
